What is the deadline to complete my survey?

As soon as possible! We will be locking the survey end of March 2024 to send a final list to Limited Run Games.

Can I purchase physical items if I did not back the project on Kickstarter or Backerkit?

The pre-order of these items is strictly limited to backers from Kickstarter and Backerkit who already purchased one element from our campaigns.

Can I purchase additional items?

We have locked digital rewards as they are already being distributed on our Discord server - http://discord.gg/hibernian-workshop

But you can still purchase physical items, it will ask for your shipping address and display Shipping Cost relative to the total weight of your order.

How can I update my credit card info?

You can update your credit card information directly in the survey, in the payment section of the “CONFIRM” step.

When will I get charged for my order?

If you have shipping cost to pay from the Kickstarter campaign, if you added some add-ons to your pledge or you’re a backer from the BackerKit pre-order shop, the order will be charged end of March 2024.

Can I change the shipping address I gave when I first made my pledge.

The shipping address is collected during the survey, in the “SHIPPING” section. This address will override the one you wrote when you initially pledged.

Physical edition - what is the difference with LRG final version?

You will get an exclusive cover for the game and an exlusive Genga print compared to the regular Limited Run Games order.

Physical edition - If I have multiple physical copies in my order, can I select different platforms?

Yes, you can choose a different platform for every individual copies you have in your order. You’ll get to answer a different survey question for every one of them, feel free to select any platform for each one!

Why do I have multiple surveys to complete?

If it’s stated at the top of your survey that you have multiple surveys to complete, it’s because you made multiple orders with the same email address. You have the fill all your surveys in order to get everything you pre-ordered.

How can I support the game?

Do not hesitate to spread the word about it! We are self-publishing and any help is greatly appreciated. As we are trying to self-publish the game we have a limited marketing budget and we highly rely on the community to help us getting attention from players and medias.

Manufacturing was delayed in order to have the main updates and stability patche in the physical edition. We are doing our best with Limited Run Games to ship the physical rewards as soon as possible. Current estimation is Q2 2024

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
